Founded in 2022, Powher is a space for women to feel safe and prioritised in the gym space. We don't do 1000 calorie meal plans or 'transformation' photos.

We help women learn to love fitness and become their strongest and fittest selves, so results don't just last a summer but are the product of a happier, healthier lifestyle !
