LEARN TO LIFT

Our Learn to Lift weightlifting classes are ideal for everyone, from absolute beginners wanting to learn correcting form to experienced lifters looking for a fresh environment to take their workouts to the next level! 

From £10 per session!

SPIN CLASS

Cardio should be fun not torture! Our cosmic spin classes combine the best anthems with an incredible atmosphere to give you the best workout of your life!

Our high-intensity Powher hour classes are sure to get your heart rate going! 

Utilising a mixture of dynamic movements, weights and callisthenic movements to get you pumped!

Strength, cardio & flexibility training designed specifically for women aged fifty and beyond! Build strength, improve bone density, increase cardiovascular fitness and develop flexibility in a private women’s only gym.
