At Powher Gym Liverpool, we are passionate about teaching women about the benefits of strength training. Whether you're looking for a one of cardio session or group weightlifting classes, we have something for every woman.

OUR CLASSES
From strength to yoga, our timetable includes classes for all preferences and abilities. All classes can be booked as PAYG sessions or as part of a membership.​



Learn to Lift
Our 1 hr Learn to Lift classes are all about teaching women how to lift weights safely and effectively.

Classes are suitable for beginners but more experienced lifters and welcome too !
​
Follow a progressive overload program with classes available every day. Join us for lunchtime lifts for a shorter, lunch-break friendly learn to lift class.






Group PT
Personal Training made affordable.
Small group coaching catered to your goals and preferences, bookable as a taster session then via our Group PT membership only. Group PT membership includes unlimited classes and gym access , as well as a bespoke nutition plan.
