At Powher Gym Liverpool, we are passionate about teaching women about the benefits of strength training. Whether you're looking for a one of cardio session or group weightlifting classes, we have something for every woman.

LEARN TO LIFT

Our Learn to Lift weightlifting classes are ideal for everyone, from absolute beginners wanting to learn correcting form to experienced lifters looking for a fresh environment to take their workouts to the next level!

SPIN CLASS

Cardio should be fun not torture! Our cosmic spin classes combine the best anthems with an incredible atmosphere to give you the best workout of your life!

POWHER HOUR

Our high-intensity Powher hour classes are sure to get your heart rate going! 

Utilising a mixture of dynamic movements, weights and callisthenic movements to get you pumped!

From strength to yoga, our timetable includes classes for all preferences and abilities. All classes can be booked as PAYG sessions or as part of a membership.​

Learn to Lift

Our 1 hr Learn to Lift classes are all about teaching women how to lift weights safely and effectively. 

​

Classes are suitable for beginners but more experienced lifters and welcome too !

​

Follow a progressive overload program with classes available every day. Join us for lunchtime lifts for a shorter, lunch-break friendly learn to lift class.

Fit Beyond Fifty

Strength, cardio & mobility training designed specifically for women aged fifty and beyond!

 

Build strength, improve bone density, increase cardiovascular fitness and develop flexibility in a private women’s only gym.

Powher Hour

Our high-intensity Powher hour classes are sure to get your heart rate going! 

Utilising a mixture of cardio, weights and callisthenic movements to get you pumped!

POWHER BOOTCAMP

45 minute sessions for our early birds, alternating daily between learn to lift classes and Powher Hour HIIT classes. Suitable for all levels.

​

Book via PAYG using the Learn to Lift & Powher Hour links or get unlimited access to all 6am sessions with our Bootcamp membership.

Yoga

Join us for one hour of Somatic Yin yoga, designed to help maintain your mobility and flexibility , while helping you unwind and relax.

​

Our fantastic instructor Giordan skillfully adapts to all abilities. 

Cycle Class

Cardio has never been so fun ! Join us for 45 minute indoor cycling classes complete with disco lights and new playlists each week.

Group PT

Personal Training made affordable. 

 

Small group coaching catered to your goals and preferences, bookable as a taster session then via our Group PT membership only. Group PT membership includes unlimited classes and gym access , as well as a bespoke nutition plan.
